Distressed situations are emotionally charged. Boards, investors, and operators have history with the company. Larson Advisory Group has only one mandate: the best achievable outcome for stakeholders.
Advisory in distress requires more than financial modeling. Understanding operations, HR, and organizational structure — built over 25+ years — surfaces options that a purely financial analysis misses.
Small to mid-sized venture-backed companies have unique cap table complexity, investor dynamics, and governance realities. This practice was built on that terrain.
From the first strategic assessment through final distribution to creditors and stockholders, Larson Advisory Group manages the full lifecycle — not just the advisory memo.
Whether you are an investor group assessing options, a board managing a difficult transition, or a CEO trying to understand what comes next — an initial conversation is confidential and carries no obligation.
